For the love of gold!
DANDIE - CH Harborview Yankee Doodle CGC
Dandie came to us from Harboview Goldens. From the moment she came hom with us, she has filled our home with an exuberance and joy for life that is unequal. Along the way to her championship, Dandie got a RWB (Reserve Winners Bitch) from the Cuyahog Golden Retriever Club Specialty in 2012. Her chmampionship was a team effort with Candy putting her first points on her and Cortney Corral finishing her in the spring of 2013. Dandie gave us three beautiful litters and is now just enjoying eating cookies, trying to get two balls in her mouth and getting unlimited belly rubs! She is a very happy girl who gives us a lot of joy!
STOLI - Happytails Splash on the Rocks CGC DS
Stoli is from our first Dandie litter and is our hero! From the beginning of the adventure with the Splash litter, this little one spoke to my heart. She was our jumper and climber so being a dock diving dog was a natural for her! When Stoli was about 3 months old we learned about the Morris Animal Foundation Golden Retriever Lifetime Study. After losing two of our beloved goldens in 2010 to hemangiosarcoma only 11 days apart from each other we were devastated. So enrolling her in the study was an honor. Along with 3,000 other goldens in the study, the hope is that a reason for cancers in canines will be found and a treatment or cure found. These 3,000 goldens will be followed for their entire lifetime for research and the exam and study questionnaires are very extensive. We call the dogs in the study heroes and Stoli is hero number 1773. Along with littermates Krozby and Lily, we are honored to have Stoli be a part of the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study!

BREEZE - CH Happytails Look What the Wind Blue In CGC
Breeze is from our second litter with Dandie. With beautiful structure and effortless movement even as a puppy, Breeze became our first Homebred Champion in limited showing. She finished with a Specialty major reserve and received 1 major and several half her other points being owner handled. Coleen McGee finished her Championship. Breeze's favorite thing in the world though is playing ball and runs like a gazelle chasing it. She loves her people! Even if you leave one room and come back into the room after a few minutes, her eyes light up and she wiggles like crazy as if she hasn't seen you in days!

LUNA - Happytails Dancing in the Moonlight CGC
Luna is a Stoli daughter and her litter theme was "light". Her name is the only one we didn't have to think about. On her due day, we headed to the repo vets 2 hours away in a snowstorm to have Stoli checked since her temperature never dropped and she showed no signs of delivery. We were surprised to find out that she only had one puppy on board! Luna was born by c-section that evening. By the time we were ready to head home the snow had stopped and a full orange moon was shining bright. As we got on the turnpike, John said I know her name! He then told me since the moon was so huge and bright she needed to be called Luna! So on the night she was born, our little Luna was dancing in the moonlight!
Luna is very sweet and does things that always make us smile or laugh. One of her nicknames is imp! She loves everyone but is especially attached to her daddy. Luna was shown in the show ring a few times but clearly showed us that she did not want to be there. We keep her busy with other fun things! Her favorites are long hikes, ball chasing and anything in the water or add mud and she is over the moon happy!
